Celfocus has opened a new R&D centre which forms part of the UPTEC Science and Technology Park, investing €1.3 million over the next five years.  The new centre will be used to develop real-time applications for business analytics, operations control, network monitoring and Big Data programmes, among other areas.  Porto will also be the hub for the Celfocus global research programme.
 
Celfocus are hiring for exciting entry-level career opportunities for candidates looking for their first job, as well as candidates with relevant experience.  Working exclusively for the telecommunications industry, these roles will build your skills in Customer Relationship Management, Online (Web and Mobile Applications), Integration (Order Management) and Production Support for clients located in Portugal and foreign markets.

Minimum skills required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology or a similar area
  • Programming skills
  • Core: JAVA, HTML5
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Motivated to participate in new challenges
  • Good communication skills and a multicultural spirit
  • Be available to travel
Additional skills preferred:
  • Siebel, Javascript, TIBCO, WEBMETHODS, C++, MS .NET or ORACLE Frameworks
  • Databases SQL Server or Oracle
  • Additional language skills would an asset (German, Spanish, Italian)
